Quality Assurance Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site Technical function to guarantee compliance with legal standards and food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Coordinate the investigation of customer complaints of a technical nature, ensuring findings and action plans are communicated effectively.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Quality Managers to ensure the site's quality objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Food-related HND, Advanced Food Safety Level 4, and Advanced HACCP Level 4 qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
