Sales Executive - Construction Industry

Salary: £24,000 basic + uncapped OTE Hours: 37.5 per week

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the construction industry? We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

About the Role: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include a combination of door-to-door sales, cold calling, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for managing an existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business through door-to-door sales and cold calling within the construction industry

* Build and maintain strong client relationships within the construction sector

* Manage and grow existing client accounts in the construction industry

* Achieve and exceed sales targets

* Provide exceptional customer service

* Utilize sales CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and client information

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong negotiation and closing skills

* Resilient and self-motivated

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous
