This is an all round, hands on opportunity for someone looking to step into a leading finance role with the assistance of a small finance team. You will also be able to get involved with projects supporting the strategic development of the business.

Right now is a pivotal time for them as they open their fifth site to aid advanced backing for their area of expertise.

What will you be doing?

You will be part of a business who strive to provide support to their community.
Preparing monthly management accounts.
Preparation and processing of payroll, PAYE and pension contributions.
Budgeting and financial forecasting.
Monthly board pack reporting including variance analysis and KPI testing.
Ability to work closely and learn from the Finance Director and CEO.What skills are we looking for?

Sage accounting and Sage payroll experience.
Experience managing a finance team/overseeing direct reports.
Experience preparing monthly management accounts.
Organised with good time keeping.
Positive with a proactive attitude.
Strong ability to manipulate Excel data.What's on offer?
