You will use your creativity to develop compelling marketing materials and implement innovative strategies that showcase the Group's products across numerous channels. You will be highly commercial and have an excellent understanding of brand identity and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to gain an understanding of of companies and forward the brand’s asethetic through the creation defined guidelines.

* Deliver digital and non-digital marketing activities including, web updates, catalogues, logos, emails, presentations, exhibitions, adverts, POS, and other supporting materials across B2B and B2C.

* Demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm, highlighting your passion through creative solutions.

* Work to build and develop comprehensive brand toolkits for sales teams, to maximise sales.

* Create exciting and engaging B2B & B2C digital assets within brand identities and templates for advertising, promotions and website uses.

* Work to create content defined by the marketing calendar.

* Asset creation for web.

* Utilise project management tools to manage multiple simultaneous creative projects, tracking time and activity.

Required Skills

* Highly creative with innovative ideas and a passion for digital design.

* Strong understanding of design principles.

* Experience and expertise in multiple marketing activities for example email design, digital advert creation, and web page design and build.

* Commercially aware with an understanding of market trends and opportunities.

* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all marketing materials.

* Strong communication skills to articulate concepts clearly and effectively.

* Adaptive to changing project requirements and open to incorporating feedback and suggestions

* Experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite.

* Experience with Elementor and web design in WordPress and WooCommerce.

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously

* Friendly, with a flexible, can-do attitude, and a great team player

* Ideally three years experience.

* Full time.

* 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays).

* Located at our Burnley office.

* On-site role
