My client is looking for an administration scheduler to join them in their rapidly growing responsive maintenance team. Working in our Streatham office, you will be reporting into the Contracts Manager, liaising closely with the client and operatives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST

? Relevant administration scheduling experience

? Excellent communication skills

? Experience in an office based environment 

? Ability to work in a fast paced environment/meet tight deadlines

Day to day duties would include:

Allocating and scheduling in works for operatives

Organising operatives diaries

Data entry

Emails

Call-handling

This would be on a temp-perm basis, you would be working through the agency for 3-6 months before a permanent contract is offered. 

Pay would be weekly and £14.07 per hour inclusive of holiday through PAYE.
