Are you passionate about safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) in the construction industry? Our client, a reputable civil engineering contractor specializing in utilities and civils projects, is seeking a proactive and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor SHEQ policies and procedures across multiple utilities and civils projects.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide expert advice and training to site teams, promoting a strong culture of safety and quality.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date records and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a SHEQ Advisor in the civil engineering or construction sector, with a focus on utilities and civils projects.
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to influence and engage site teams.
Relevant qualifications in health & safety (NEBOSH, IOSH) and/or environmental management.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
