As the Stores Controller, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
You will be involved in:
Stock control/storekeeping including shelf life control.
Loading the manufacturing cells with the requisite jobs by planned lead and cycle times, to comply with manufacturing programs and delivery schedules.
Packing including the use of hand tools. Receiving and issuing of tooling.
Updating computer records.
Kitting activity.
Loading and unloading of Lorries.Your Skillset may include:
Experience in a store environment or manufacturing control.
Attention to detail.
Work on your own with minimal supervision.
Manual handling training.
Lifting and slinging training (Including overhead cranes).
ESD training.
