Tasks
Working together as part of a team to provide the best support to customers whilst maximising the efficiency.
Quote and process orders
Attend update meetings with the Shipping teams
Provide information via email and phones to customers and engineers.
Provide customer quotations, order processing and order acknowledgements.
Ensure all customer requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Deal with invoicing and all administration surrounding the aftermarket sales.
Essential Skills
Ability to digest technical information, so a keenness to learn and to be part of the team is essential
Organised and efficient - with the ability to multitask.
Ability to manage own workload and drive results. Be proactive in assisting others
Excellent attention to detail.
Good general communication skills - able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent attitude to customer care.
UK Driving Licence.
