As the go-to authority for internal quality concerns, your role is instrumental in embedding quality into the DNA of manufacturing processes. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to refine prototype and production assembly processes, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to customer. Your mastery of DFEMA and PFMEA will be crucial in developing robust control plans, while your vigilance will enforce a 'no fault forward' strategy, embodying the voice of the customer within the build process.

Take ownership of APQP, guiding new product development and launch with precision. Your strategic input will shape the quality improvement roadmap, supporting the Quality Management System and adherence to ISO9001:2015. Through focused 'Quality Improvement Programmes', you will drive continuous enhancement, backed by your adept use of KPI analysis and problem resolution techniques.

Your background in a tier 1 automotive manufacturing quality environment, bolstered by an HNC/Degree in Engineering or a Business-related discipline, sets the foundation for success. Your proficiency in inspection, measurement, and business improvement tools, coupled with extensive experience in problem resolution and quality approval processes, will be invaluable. A comprehensive understanding of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards, with knowledge of AS9100 and ISO14001, is essential.
