We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead the way in delivering top-notch results for a groundworks project.

Position Overview: As the QA Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards. You will play a critical role in monitoring compliance with specifications, regulations, and best practices to deliver a successful and defect-free project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific requirements of the groundworks project.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to project team members on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of QA activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance issues.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and third-party quality assurance organizations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the construction industry, with a focus on groundworks projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards related to construction quality assurance.
