Chef de Partie - Award Winning Independent Hotel and Restaurant - Dunster - £32,000 + Excellent Tips - Live-in

Personnel Solutions have been invited to recruit a talented Chef to join the team at this privately owned award winning hotel in Somerset. We're looking for a chef with experience of working in small to medium sized hotels and a quality premises with a desire to progress.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food and service and will have the following attributes:

Wants to progress
Be an excellent communicator
Working well as a team
Have the ability to work using own initiative
Enjoys learning new skills

You should have a calm and controlled approach to work and take pride in producing consistently outstanding dishes. You will have the ability to input menu ideas and be ready to learn new dishes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a fantastic group of professional staff producing excellent standards of food and service in a beautiful Country hotel.

The kitchen hosts a team of 6 full-time chefs plus kitchen porters and produces dishes for a 60 cover restaurant with TDH and A La Carte menus, additionally their is cosy lounge dining and a small garden dining facility, limited wedding trade for up to 30 covers.
