We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will:

Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting lessons to meet the needs of students.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' emotional and social development.
Help manage classroom behaviour using effective and compassionate strategies.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor student progress and adjust support as needed.
Encourage and motivate students to build their confidence and independence.Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Benefits:
