You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.

Temp to Perm Position, 40 hrs a week, £18 p/h CIS

A successful candidate will:

Have previous experience within social housing and working with the public.
Full Clean Driving License
NVQ or equivalent in Ground Worker What you'll be completing:

Reactive maintenance on existing properties across the North West
Working on tenanted properties
Driving a company van that is provided.
Using a PDA system(CIS/UMBRELLA)
