Operations Manager

Our fast-paced and exciting client based in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

As Operations Manager, the successful applicant will oversee administrative functions, optimise sales potential, and facilitate coordination of the administration team. Their primary responsibilities include credit control, payroll management, legal compliance, IR35 adherence, insurance renewals, commercial operations, efficiency maximisation, and performance management. A crucial aspect of the role is maintaining operational efficiency in the absence of the Client Services Director.

Company Benefits:

25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)
An additional day of annual leave may be taken on the date of your birthday at the discretion of the Company.
Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

Between 5 to 10 years' experience managing processes and people
Planning, organisation, and checklist adherence
Leadership by example and consistent deadline management
Socially adept and skilled in creating processes for enhanced performance
Analytical thinking and commitment to continuous personal development
Strong background in administration, recruitment, and process-driven operations
Exceptional coordination, communication, and teamwork abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT skills
Experience in managing teams, recruitment, payroll, credit control, contracts, and customer experience
Must reside locally with no remote or hybrid work preference
Prior experience in handling managerial responsibilities
Commitment to training and developing the team
