Hours:
Temp - Permanent, Full-time, 07:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
* Management of team on all work matters
* Completion of kitting in a timely manner to keep the production pipeline full working on keeping 2 weeks ahead of customer required date
* Book incoming materials in a timely manner & expedite urgent items when informed by Ops team.
* Carry out periodic stock counts to agreed reports
* Support end of year stock audit with minimum disruption to the warehouse
* Maintain best practice within the stores area ensuring all staff are adhering to processes to keep stock correct
* Keep housekeeping of the area & stock at 100%
* Maintain the system & be accountable for housekeeping on NetSuite within your transactions
* Support the operations team in any way possible
* Cover where needed in other areas of operations
Candidate Requirements:
* People management
* HSE knowledge
* HR knowledge
* Think outside of the box to support the business
* Organise your daily tasks around your working hours to ensure everything is done in a timely manner & completed
* Eager to learn new skills / tasks
* Team player
