Your primary responsibilities will involve managing customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, handling both repeat and new sales over the phone.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

* Utilise our ERP system for efficient order processing (experience preferred but not required).

* Accurately record market information and customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

* Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

* Assist with general office administration and support the sales team as needed.

Skills and Experience

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent organisational skills, and a desire to grow in account management. A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of two years’ sales experience is preferred.
