Job Description:

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to lead the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and technologies across our projects. This is a pivotal role that will ensure the effective collaboration and integration of design, construction, and operational data, driving the successful delivery of high-quality and sustainable building services solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and processes.

Manage and coordinate BIM projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM workflows.

Provide training and support to staff on BIM software and protocols.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect design changes.

Facilitate clash detection and resolution to enhance project coordination.

Generate detailed reports and visualisations to support project decision-making.

Stay abreast of advancements in BIM technology and industry trends.
