Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BIM Manager to join our Building Services team. The successful candidate will lead and manage our BIM processes, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across all project stages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while contributing to the growth and development of our BIM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and standards across all building services projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective BIM integration and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM models and data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related issues and queries, providing technical guidance and problem-solving support.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field..
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering BIM-enabled projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
