Title: Site Manager Wanted for Exciting Project in Slough 6 month contract.
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced site manager to oversee the conversion of a large storage facility into an exciting live environment within the food production sector. This project involves extensive steel works and concrete pours, as well as health and safety considerations. There will also be a need to manage the live environment with original equipment moving and redeploying.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid training
Skills:
- Experience managing construction projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration
Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the project from start-up through completion; ensuring that work meets quality standards while staying within budgetary constraints; liaising with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors etc.; maintaining regular communication with stakeholders regarding progress updates or changes required throughout each phase.
