Position: Special Needs Teacher

Special Need's Teacher Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customised education plans tailored to each student's needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
Assess and track student's progress, adjusting teaching methods and goals as necessary.
Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Incorporate various teaching aids and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Act as a strong advocate for student's rights and educational needs.
Special Need's Teacher Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
Previous experience working with children with special needs.
Strong communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
Familiarity with IEPs, special education laws, and teaching methodologies.
