Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join their Finance Team. In this role, you will contribute to the company’s internal and external financial goals by managing various financial tasks and supporting the finance team as needed.
Key Responsibilities of a Finance Administrator
* Manage the Purchase Ledger by ensuring invoices are entered accurately and on time.
* Perform Bank Reconciliations to keep all bank accounts and credit cards up to date.
* Process commission invoices in the system efficiently.
* Resolve queries from various sources professionally and efficiently.
* Create and maintain supplier records.
* Accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.
* Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed on time and with precision.
* Support the finance team with any additional tasks as required.
Key Skills of a Finance Administrator
* At least 1 year of experience in a finance or accounts position.
* Problem solver with a clear and effective communication style.
* Self-motivated, organised, and capable of maintaining focus under pressure.
* Team player who is patient, trustworthy, and customer focused.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
