Challenge TRG Group is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a portfolio of complementary businesses.

It will be your responsibility to manage the complete candidate experience from registration right through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff.

Above all, you'll need to make sure the client's needs are always met.

Key Responsibilities

Resource, register suitable candidates.
Day to day management of all existing candidates
Support the Contract Manager with managing candidates.
Support with managing the driver's weekly rotas.
Daily updates of KPI trackers, compliance trackers.
Ensure candidates are fully compliant and site protocols are met.
Undertake any other duties as required by the Contract Manager
Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner at all times
Be always professional and presentable
Undertake any other duties as required by the Contract Manager.
Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods.
This is an on site role.Key Qualifications / Experience

Min 1 + year's experience in recruitment preferred, but not essential.
Previous experience preferred on managing on-site recruitment.
Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
Knowledge of driver's hours and regulations
Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred but not essential.
