Role and Responsibilities:
As an Architectural Technician, you will:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans for new residential projects.

**What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably within the residential or house building sector OR SIMILAR.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality residential spaces.
