**About**:
My client is a yorkshire based Housing Developer, which is continuing to go from strength to strength, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their in house design and technical team. This is an exciting time for the business asthey grow both their land bank and development sites.

**The role**:
Working as part of the technical team, led by a Technical Manager, as an Architectural Technician you will liaise and co-ordinate with all the statutory bodies involved in pre and post construction phases producing and providing the required documentationand drawings on sites throughout the Yorkshire region.

**Duties**:
**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Prepare technical design drawing and specification packages
- Liaise with client, external consultants, contractors, local authorities and all internal staff to ensure detailed design in complete
- Manage drawing issue and internal file structures
- Help develop standard house types and detailed designs for these
- Independently undertake and resolve technical issues that may arise in the completion of your responsibilities in this role
- Conclude technical site queries

**Requirements**:

- Experience within House Building
- Relevant industry qualification or experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations / NHBC Standards
- Motivated and team player
- Willingness to be involved in different area of the business
