The role would be starting in September and would be working on a temp to perm basis and would be a great opportunity for experienced and new teaching assistants.

Responsibilities of this SEN teaching assistant

Enthusiastic and engaging, making learning fun and valuable for the children.
Resilient and adaptable with their approach to ensure that children are supported appropriately and professionally.
To work on a 1:1 basis with a academically challenging child in reception
SEND experience/knowledge is desirable.

To apply for this role you will need:

a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
a minimum level 2 qualification either in health and social care or a teaching assistant
Experience of working in EYFS
Experience with a child with challenging behaviour

Working through Empowering Learning you can expect:

A daily rate of £85-£100 a day
Regular CPD training opportunities including team teach training
A dedicated consultant available 24/7
Holiday pay of 12.07% and pension contributions
