Job Summary:

Plumbing and Drainage Service provider are recruiting at their Head Office in Canterbury, Kent.

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our service team.

This is an office-based role located in Denton, Canterbury, Kent (vehicle essential). The role is full time, 08:00 -17:00, Monday to Friday, with 60-minute break for lunch.

We are looking for the right candidate to start immediately.

The successful candidate must be motivated and have a can-do attitude. You will have over 1 years’ experience in a similar admin role. You will be used to working at a fast pace in a busy environment and be flexible and agile to change.

The Administration Assistant role will include:

* Answering the phone to our customers, answering any queries, or assigning any callouts to our engineers.

* Ensuring all paperwork for each site visit is received and sent out to our client base in a timely manner.

* Work with our service team to schedule in service and maintenance visits, ensuring dates are secured with our client.

* Jointly overseeing the service inbox, responding, dealing with customer inquiries

The right candidate will have the following skills:

* Good communication skills.

* Good computer skills, especially Word and Excel – training will be provided.

* Be able to work as part of a team, helping others when needed and having a flexible approach to their working day.

* Be confident on the phone when speaking to our customers.

* Be good at problem solving and owning a piece of work to see it through to the end.

* Excellent level of English language and grammar

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
