The Role:

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

Duties:

* All Aspects of Plumbing Repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms.

* Basic Carpentry

* Tiling Repairs

* Painting & Decorating

* Patch Plastering Repairs

Candidate Requirements

* Full UK Driver’s Licence

* Must Have Own Hand Tools

* Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential

* 2+ years’ experience within a similar trade role

Working Hours

* Maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp- Perm

Pay: £38,550
