An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist in a Mental Health Hospital service in Haslemere, Surrey. Annual Base Salary up to £40,000.
 
Qualifications

Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration
Other post-qualification training relative to the role and OPMH (Older People’s Mental Health) or Forensic PsychiatryKnowledge and Experience

At least 1 years’ experience at Band 5 or equivalent in OPMH or Forensic Psychiatry
Knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983/2007) and its application
Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and how it relates to patient choice
Understanding of vulnerable adult and children safeguarding procedures
Organising and prioritising own workloads
Demonstrate ability to enhance care through evidence-based practice
Demonstrate professional development relevant to the care of older people
Knowledge of assessment and management of clinical risk
