Our client is a well-established company based in Market Harborough. Working on a project due to their busy workload they are seeking to employ a labourer to join the team asap.

This role will include performing a variety of tasks, which can vary based on the specific project.

* Clear and prepare by removing debris, trash, and potential hazards.

* Load and unload materials and tools.

* Carry and distribute materials and other necessary supplies to appropriate locations.

* Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and tools.

* Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

* Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors.

* Keep records of materials used and tasks completed.

* Report progress and any issues to site supervisors.

* Perform any other tasks as required by supervisors

Skills and Qualifications

* Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.

* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and safety in tasks.

* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other crew members.

* Basic Knowledge: Understanding of building practices and safety procedures.
