National Sales Manager UK and Ireland

Our client is seeking a new Sales Manager within the pump industry to join their team. They are looking for someone to work remotely within the UK, only having to attend the office which is based in Suffolk every quarter to attend sales meetings.

As the Sales Manager you will receive an impressive salary of £45-65,000 based fully on experience, along with a 20% bonus scheme and a company car.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating all new sales within the UK and Ireland to promote any pumps or related equipment including services.

Requirements:

Hold a full UK driving license
Previous face to face sales experience is preferred
Able to prove a profitable track record of profitable business growth
A degree in engineering or business-related studies is preferred
Completed higher education - with good business science subjects passed
Confident/good communication skills
Organised
Be IT literate and competent in Microsoft office.Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager you will prepare detailed weekly sales reports
Create and maintain sales pipelines
Achieve and exceed sales targets set
Maximise revenue from existing customers and maintain good relationships
Use CRM to retain accurate records of sales inquiries and progress
Generate leads and support marketing with case studies
Assist with development of all business sales and marketing strategies
Research and identify new business opportunities
Attend and participate in exhibitions and conferences in the UK and Europe
Be the primary point of contact for the customer and the business to ensure excellent relationships are built and maintained.
