Lead the Hospitality sales across across the region maximising business from new and existing customers through an innovative approach always delivering the best experience to all our customers.
Drive growth through sales activity plan proactively selling through the sales platform and use of commercial management techniques.
Plan and lead the business development for the hospitality team, identifying new markets and targeting strategy.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Marketing, C&E, Operations) to ensure sharing of best practices, driving of efficiencies and delivery of outstanding service.

Experienced Sales Manager within a target driven environment with demonstrable success in achieving financial targets.
Capable of winning new business with a track record in Hospitality sales and knowledge/passion for industry.
Outstanding communicator able to lead meetings effectively both over the phone and in person.
Expert in developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients providing them with a premium service to help grow accounts.

Please note that this role is on-site 5 days a week at the company headquarters in Newmarket.
