This Construction & Building Services Company have been established 20 years and carry out the delivery of a wide range of projects, from simple small works to full-scale building construction. An opportunity has come up for a Technical Administrator to join the team based from either one of their offices in West Sussex
Description/Role:
The role itself will be working/supporting other compliance team. This role will ultimately be piecing together the key aspects of the stakeholder reports and risk within our ISO management and implementing changes and process to streamline individual key items such as:
* Assisting with the Quality questionnaires (PQQ’s)
* Implementing a sustainability and environmental process to meet our aims to become ISO50001.
* Some security vetting knowledge beneficial but not essential.
* Managing supply chain portals and approvals to meet company requirements.
* Administration support in building compliance agendas and managing the day to day running of our current management
* Assisting with preparation of reports e.g. Progress reports;
The ideal candidate:
* Driven, motivated, organised and enthusiastic with ambition to succeed within an ever-expanding organisation;
* Ideally hold IEMA certification.
* Ability to work with own initiative when required and manage workload efficiently;
* Strong IT and reporting skills alongside good written and oral communication skills;
* Experience with Excel beneficial;
Notes:
* Salary £30,000.00 depending on qualifications/experience;
* There may be a requirement to travel to different office’s so a driving license would be beneficial. All expenses will be paid for journeys outside of you usual office.
* Enrolment into company pension scheme;
* 3-month probation period with performance review (annual review thereafter).
