Are you a Woodshop Operative looking for your next challenge, or do you have experience in paint spraying in a similar field? Rubicon’s client are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join their team working within the woodshop on a late shift.

As the new Woodshop Operative, you’ll benefit from:

As a Woodshop Operative, you will be:

Operating woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, sanders, and drills to cut, shape, and finish wood components used in the construction of cabinets.
Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to keep the workshop running smoothly.
Inspecting the finished products for defects and ensuring they meet the client’s high standards for aesthetics and performance
Assembling wooden components to form enclosures.
What you will need to work as a Woodshop Operative:

Practical experience in woodworking, including the use of tools such as table saws, drills, sanders and nail guns.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to accurately construct cabinets.
Familiarity with operating and maintaining woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
