Key Responsibilities:

• Filling, sanding, and routing sheet materials to meet production targets.
• Carrying out tasks including filling, sanding, and wood preparation to production schedule, offering ideas to improve performance and throughput.
• Interpreting technical drawings and operating hand and power tools.
• Working in a flexible and cooperative manner across all functions, adhering to company procedures and targets.
