Are you a talented School Business Manager currently seeking a new opportunity in Warwickshire.
Aspire People are working closely with several schools who are recruiting Business Managers to work on a temporary, ongoing basis with the view of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The successful applicant will have strong experience working as a School Business Manager, or within a senior finance related position within education. The school is looking for somebody who has the drive and ambition to aid the school in achieving outstanding status.
As a full time, Business Manager, you will be expected to perform as if you were a permanent member of staff. You will be expected to
« Attend Senior Management/Leadership Team, full Governing Body and appropriate Governors' sub-committee meetings
« Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the school's Senior Management/Leadership Team
« In the absence of the Head Teacher, take delegated responsibility for Financial and other decisions
« Plan and manage change in accordance with the school development/strategic plan.
« To lead and manage all school support staff
You will be supported by me, Lisa Drennan. I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant for the Warwickshire area, Whether you are seeking temporary or permanent work, I will be able to assist you in finding the perfect position. I offer excellent rates of pay and I will be on hand to offer support throughout assignments.
