The right individual will ideally possess the following -

Strong contracting background with previous experience estimating or quantity surveying as for 2 years +

Ability to use own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.

First rate communication skills both written and verbal.

Excellent attention to detail.

Working experience of presenting technical and complex information.

Strong leadership skills.

Self-motivated to succeed in both individual and team set tasks.
