This is a great opportunity to join our Clients organisation as they continue to deliver their market leading software solution to a wide variety of organisations across the UK. Training on the case management software will be delivered over the first 3 weeks. There is a potential for this role to extend or convert into a permanent role after the initial 9 month maternity cover.

Our Client: Our Client is a UK based global provider of IT services and solutions. They have grown year on year for the last 20 years and have exciting growth plans ahead

The Role: Joining a small specialist team of Trainers who are delivering training on our clients popular, web based case management software, you will be providing allocated customers with end user training around the functionality of the software and how to use it efficiently.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

2+ years' experience in either a Super-User OR Senior Application support OR Training Consultant role where you have had to train Users on how to use a bespoke software solution.
Ability to learn software / applications very quickly in order to support other
Strong customer / people skills.
Strong all round IT office skills, including MS Teams, (which is used extensively to deliver the virtual classroom training).
Excellent communication skills can clearly explain to users how to navigate software solutions.
Able to work independently from home, however, also to travel to site if required to deliver any training on a customer site, (fully expensed)
