Consultant Histopathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Histopathologist to join our dynamic team at Pulse Healthcare. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a leading teaching and research hospital, providing high-quality diagnostic services and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting histological and cytological specimens, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and providing education and training to junior doctors and medical students. They will also engage in clinical research projects and contribute to the advancement of histopathology.

Requirements
  • Full registration and licence to practise with the GMC and be on the Specialist Register in Histopathology (or be eligible for registration within six months of interview).
  • Applicants that are UK trained must also be a holder of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview.
  • FRCPath (part 1 and part 2).
