Role Overview: They are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying students requiring behavioural support, conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions, devising effective strategies to enhance behaviour management, and collaboratively drafting action plans for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify pupils in need of behavioural support through observation, communication with teaching staff, and assessments.
Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils, providing a supportive and understanding environment to address behavioural concerns.
Develop personalized strategies and interventions tailored to the individual needs of each student, aimed at improving behavioural management and academic engagement.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure cohesive support and progress monitoring for students.
Regularly review and adjust action plans based on the evolving needs and progress of learners.
Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions, behavioural assessments, and progress reports.Requirements:

Proven experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting, preferably in a behavioural support role.
Sound understanding of behavioural management techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with students, staff, and parents.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work within a dynamic educational environment.
