Axiom Personnel is a well established recruitment company placing permanent, temporary and contract staff within the Commercial, Engineering, Automotive, Security, Construction and Logistics/Industrial sectors. Year on year we have maintained our position as one of the regions leading consultancies through commitment to the delivery of service excellence. At present we are servicing contracts throughout the UK.
This role gives you an opportunity to be part of fantastic company and to join an experienced dynamic team that will support and give you the tools to excel in a new career. Your new role will include, candidate sourcing/liaison, client liaison, marketing, placing/writing job ads, social media, general administration and support to our consultants.
You will have the opportunity to progress and become one of our "Recruitment Consultants". Once you are "up to speed" your salary will increase dramatically along with our uncapped commission structure.
The working days are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Experience:
It's more about the personality, attitude and work ethic than the experience.
Candidates will be:
Fantastic communicators, this is a fast paced job in a busy environment and you'll need to be able to build strong relationships and handle pressure.
A passion for excellent customer service and a willingness to learn is essential.
Driven & proactive, display the ability to go the extra mile and never give up.
A desire to succeed is paramount.
PC Literacy in all Microsoft packages is essential.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
