About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our vibrant team in September 2024. This full-time, long-term role is a fantastic opportunity for a committed professional to make a significant impact on our students’ learning journey. This position has arisen due to the expansion of our teaching team, as we continue to grow and enhance our educational offerings.

The role involves teaching a diverse and dynamic class of approximately 30 students, with a focus on providing a stimulating and engaging learning environment. You will be joining a school that values innovation and development, with a strong commitment to growing its own teachers and pioneering practice across all Key Stages.

Application Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2, with a track record of improving student outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their personal and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practice.
