Role Overview: As a Pastoral Manager, you will:

* Build trusting relationships through individual sessions, group work, family visits, and other interventions.

* Oversee a holistic, person-centered approach to a young person’s journey from entry to exit.

* Bridge the gap between academic, behavioral, and therapeutic needs of our students.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone with:

* A relevant professional qualification (NVQ level 2) in working with young people, such as teaching, youth and community work, social work, counseling, or mentoring.

* Level 2 English and Maths.

* Restorative Justice Training.

* A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) - desirable.

* A degree and the ability to work as an Unqualified Teacher (UQT).

Contract Details:

* Type: Full-time, Permanent (41 weeks)

* Hours: 37 hours per week

* Starting Salary: £40,000 FTE, depending on experience
