Role Summary

As an Administrator at The MCL Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks that support our teams and contribute to the overall success of The MCL Group.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain various IT and compliance logs, registers, and testing schedules.

Coordinate DSAR enquiries and other GDPR-related processes.

Provide general administrative support to various teams across the organisation.

Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative processes.

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.

Support special projects and initiatives as directed by management.

Perform other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Educated to Standard Grade/GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum.
