Job Profile
The need for Support Workers has arisen due to continued growth and a commitment to providing exemplary care. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, compassionate individual who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The role requires a passion for supporting children and young people in their daily lives. You will be provided full training and a funded NVQ Level 4 children and young people qualification which you will be able to complete whilst also learning in hands on in the role.

Skills/Experience

Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and policies related to residential childcare is desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
Commitment to personal and professional development, including willingness to undertake relevant training.

Hours:

Long days and sleep ins (£50 per sleep in - up to 2 sleep ins per week).
2 out of 4 weekends off.
Package/Benefits:

Up to £34,000 per annum (Depending upon experience and inclusive of sleep-in premiums)
