Involve Recruitment are in search for Site Agent for our client a leading civil engineering, plant hire and infrastructure specialist. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

* Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site

* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications

* Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards

* Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise

* Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

* Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, photographs, and inspection reports

* Prepare and present regular progress reports to management

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

* Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry

* Strong knowledge of infrastructure, earthworks and roadworks

* Understanding of NEC option C contracts

* Proficient in using construction management software and tools

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
