In this role, you will be responsible for selling vehicles, as well as promoting additional services such as finance options, insurance products, and paint protection.

Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction is a top priority. You'll be expected to establish trust with clients, communicate clearly, and consistently exceed customer expectations. Your goal is to provide a superior car-buying experience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Maximizing sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including follow-up calls, inbound phone inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads.

* Achieving monthly targets in unit sales, profit per vehicle, finance penetration, and add-on products by following the sales process.

* Accurately capturing and maintaining customer information in line with FCA guidelines to enhance the quality of the customer database.

* Displaying confidence, resilience, energy, and a strong drive to succeed.

We are looking for candidates who are well-presented, motivated, and have an interest in cars and a determination to excel.

Compensation:

* Starting salary of £25,000 (higher offers available for the right candidate).

* Commission structure will be discussed during the interview and is based on factors such as profit margins and vehicle value.

* Weekend work is required
