As the Business Support Assistant you will be part of a busy team responsible for undertaking varied administrative tasks and recording and analyzing data as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience of working in a business support capacity providing a wide range of administrative and data analyst support.

* Good customer service skills - interacting with internal and external stakeholders is a core requirement including routine enquiries from members of the public, which could be face to face, receiving and responding to incoming communication.

* Experience of keeping basic records, both manual and electronic, including confidential records, filing documents accurately recording information and archiving files and in a standard format.

* Previous knowledge of accurately recording and inputting data within agreed timescales, confident with spreadsheets, an intermediate level of knowledge would be required.

* Ability to prepare and distribute basic agendas, presentations and papers for meetings.

* Knowledge of how to collate statistical information and reports in line with agreed plans.

* Some project management support experience is desirable: updating registers, research and organising communications.

* Commitment to addressing specific equality or diversity issues within your practice with colleagues/service users and taking action to solve them.
