Our client is looking for a Financial Crime Manager, and the hybrid Financial Services role comes with a salary of up to £75k and excellent benefits. Likely to be a 12 month FTC initially, but may consider offering perm. Could also be open to a day rate contract.

The Financial Crime Manager will support the head of Compliance in creating and maintaining an environment in which the business can comply with UK regulatory and legislative requirements and current best practices.
In your first few weeks in this Financial Crime Manager role, you can expect to:
Establish, manage and implement financial crime-related frameworks, policies and processes and standards across the organisation
Support the MLRO in day-to-day activities of the firm's financial crime framework, leading the financial crime risk assessment programme
Perform horizon-scanning and SME on existing and emerging AML, Sanctions, Fraud, CTF and other relevant legislation, guidance and best practice
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a uniform approach to financial crime compliance.
To apply for this Financial Crime manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
Experience in financial crime software and technology
Previous experience designing and implementing regulatory frameworks desirable
The ability to remain resilient under pressure
Ability to clearly communicate in writing and with excellent stakeholder management skills.
