A very exciting opportunity for a Business Centre Manager to coordinate and promote a Serviced Office establishment based in the Cheadle area. This is a permanent full time role, with the working hours between 9:00AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday. The role is paying up to GBP30,000 dependant on experience and you will have the ability to earn 25% of your annual salary in bonus payments
This position will suit a pro-active candidate, who thrives on building and maintaining business relationships, and is passionate about delivering excellent service and promoting the brand. The candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be a driver with their own car.
What will you be doing as Business Centre Manager?
To develop and foster an environment which identifies all sales opportunities
Manage relationships with current tenants, dealing with complaints and building enquiries
To ensure the KPIs for each site are being delivered to ensure maximum sales potential being reached.
Ensure that the accounts and property departments are informed of issues as necessary.
Grow and develop your existing client base by delivering excellent customer service
Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.)
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of your site - which includes supervision of the maintenance, reception and admin staff within the centre
Completion of all renewals & arrears within allocated time scales

Previous experience in a pro-active customer care position
Highly motivated with a passion to deliver excellent service
Problem solving abilities, with a professional appearance and personality
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
Strong communication skills and skilled relationship builder
Must be a driver with own car
What will you get in return for your work as a Business Centre Manager?
Salary: Up to GBP30000 dependant on experience + ability to earn up to 25% of your annual salary in bonus payments
Quarterly and Annual performance related bonus
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + additional day off for birthday
