Technical Sales Manager Position Overview

Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration sales and business growth.

Generate Revenue through tendering for Projects
Winning new business and customers through a range of techniques
Managing key accounts and developing existing relationships
Travelling to customer sites throughout Hampshire and neighbouring counties

Technical Sales Manager Position Requirements

Evidence of progressive leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
Strong technical understanding of environmental control systems and their applications in various sectors.
Excellent technical knowledge of design and estimating HVAC systems
Proven track record in driving business growth and revenue generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Technical Sales Manager Position Remuneration

£(phone number removed) per annum
Future profit participation eligibility after 12 months of service
25 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays)
